Kremp Florist

Kremp Florist Review

Kremp Florist is a family-owned and operated flower shop open and delivering 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

What is Kremp Florist?

Kremp Florist is a family-owned and family-operated floral business in Philadelphia, based in Willow Grove. They offer a variety of other gifts, too, both edible and not. Check some of these out: https://www.kremp.com/edibles/

Kremp Floral appears to come very highly rated. Their website proclaims them as the winner of the National Retail Florist of the Year Award, given by both the Wholesale Florist & Florist Supplier Association and the Florists’ Review, which is the premier magazine for the floral industry - both pretty big names.
The website of the WFFSA doesn’t list winners earlier than 2014; Kremp’s not seen, o they must have awarded before then. The founder of Kremp Floral, Charles Kremp the 3rd, was even designated a member of the SAF Floriculture Hall of Fame back in 2011, which is deemed the industry’s highest honor and “recognizes those who have made “outstanding and lasting contributions to the advancement of floriculture as an integral part of the American way of life.” Among other prestigious jobs, Kremp Floral has been in charge of four different US presidential inaugurations, was the selected florist for the 2013 US Open, and has been featured on the ABC sitcom The Goldbergs. On the website WeddingWire alone, they’ve been featured in the Couples’ Choice Awards from 2014-2019 and in the Bride’s Choice Awards in 2009, 2010, and 2013.

Pretty impressive!

Looking at more ‘everyday’ ratings from other websites, such as Google and Facebook, reveal a few problems, mostly in the realm of delivery. Either flower don’t arrive as pictured, or arrive at dates/times other than what the customer wanted. A major complaint is that the company never accepts responsibility for the problem. For their part, Kremp is very responsive to both positive and negative reviews,

and when reading through their responses I suppose I can see both sides.

Kremp, though family-owned and -operated, has a very wide service radius. This means they often have to use third-party delivery services. Like many floral shops, they also fill arrangements ordered online by businesses like sendflowers.com. And of course, there are shortages and supply chain issues caused by COVID. When Kremp responds to reviews, they are often very specific in detail and explain why things went wrong, and they always apologize for the problem.

Final Opinion

I wouldn’t necessarily recommend purchasing actual florals when you’re outside of their standard delivery area, because that’s where things can get tricky, even for the best floral businesses. But personally, I think that Kremp is overall very reputable and has earned its many awards.

Here at NBU Flowers, you may order fresh and assorted flowers for any occasion.

WORST FLOWER SHOP EVER!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Disappointing Experience with Kremp Florist

I recently placed an order with Kremp Florist for same-day flower delivery, adhering to their stated cutoff time of 12:30 PM CST. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

Despite placing my order well before the deadline, I received an email notification informing me that same-day delivery was not possible. The reason provided was that the contracted flower shop was already overwhelmed with deliveries for the day. This lack of coordination and foresight on their part was disappointing, especially considering the emphasis on guaranteed same-day delivery.

Furthermore, the overall cost of the flowers ended up being higher than anticipated due to hefty delivery fees. While I understand that delivery charges are standard in the industry, the combination of these fees with the unfulfilled promise of same-day delivery leaves much to be desired.

At the end of it all, they never delivered the flowers that they promised to deliver and I’m still fighting with them to get a refund. They have zero customer service and you will be greeted with nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism. I dealt with Kristine (the supposed Manager) the entire time. This experience certainly left me questioning the reliability and value proposition of Kremp Florist.

What a scam! They will take your money and never deliver the flowers!!

Hello! I need some suggestions. I am a 70 year-old inventor. I have designs for clear jars with a poem attached to it. I also have a picture of a Chinese woman with her baby on her shoulder, and it is the Official U.S. Mother’s day poem! I also have Holiday poems. And stocking stuffers: Christmas Land Maze, Fairy Tale Maze, Halloween Maze, and many other child-oriented products. My girlfriend works at Temple Shalom in Broomall and speaks highly of you. Do you know of a company that I could submit my works to and get Royalties? With sincere thanks!
